Brian has over 24 years’ experience working in the powered access sector and had previously held roles as National Specialist Training Manager for HSS, and was Group Health and Safety Manager and prior to that a Training Manager at AFI. Brian is currently the Head of Safety and Technical for the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF), where he sits in working groups and committees that influences and interprets powered access legislation and standards worldwide.

Julien graduated with an MBA in Marketing and an engineering degree in physics. Following eight years in the innovation consultancy business based in France and the UK, Julien worked for the HVAC industry as a business developer and then moved to a product management role in the construction industry. He joined Haulotte and the AWP business eight years ago as Sr. Global Product Manager, in which he has been instrumental in the development for several innovation projects, such as the first Haulotte electric rough-terrain boom, the PULSEO HA20 LE and systems like stop emission or activ’ lighting. Last year, he made an exciting move and took the lead of product marketing for APAC zone, based in Singapore, in charge of understanding local markets and customers as well as supporting Haulotte operations with regards to products & solutions.

Caesar is JLG’s MEWP and Material Handler Product Manager for the Pacific Rim Region. He has over 17 years of experience in the Heavy-Industrial Equipment Industry and has worked in the areas of Product Development, After-Market Sales & Marketing, and Product and Customer Support.  He is currently leading JLG’s New Product and New Innovation Introductions in Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia.

Peter Douglas

CEO & Managing Director

Tim Whiteman was appointed CEO of Sinoboom’s Europe subsidiary in 2019. He was tasked with setting up Sinoboom’s first overseas subsidiary which is based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Today the multi million euro company is a firmly established part of the European MEWP market and supplies electric MEWPs to most major European Rental companies. Before that he was CEO of the International Powered Access Federation for 15 years and oversaw its transition from a UK association of 400 members to an international organisation of 1700 members across 73 countries in 2019. His previous career included the creation of Vertikal Press, the launch of industry web site vertikal.net and he was a founding director of KHL International, where he was Finance Director and Editor of Access International magazine. Tim has lived and worked in many countries and is a firm believer in the power of motivated people.

These terms and conditions apply to the IPAF Asia Conference & Showcase 2022 conference (hereafter referred to as ‘the event’), taking place on 28 - 29 July at Singapore.  This event is organised by IPAF. Registration is processed by IPAF, Moss End Business Village, Crooklands, Cumbria LA7 7NU, UK.
Participants register for the event through this webpage.
Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation of registration will be sent to each registrant upon receipt of  registration. Delegates are asked to bring proof of confirmation to the event.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellation by the Organiser
If the organiser cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, registration fees are refunded to registered participants. However, refunds are limited to the amount paid by the participants. The organiser is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by participants as a consequence of the cancellation.
If the organiser cancels, postpones or relocates the event on account of fire, flood, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour disturbances, explosions, sabotage, accident, terrorism, war, acts of God, or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organiser, no refund shall be made. Participants waive all claims for damage in this case.
